We process orders within 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 5–15 business days.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $36 USD: $6 USD standard shipping.
- Orders of $36 USD or more: free standard shipping.
Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout based on the destination.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, public-health events, customs, or carrier disruptions may occur. Where a delay results from an error attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no delivery or your package appears lost, email support@rosqira.com with your order number, tracking number, and delivery address. We will open an investigation with the carrier. After the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will arrange a free replacement shipment within 3 business days.
