ROSQIRA Terms of Service — The Studio Agreement

The Studio Agreement applies when you visit rosqira.com, browse the ROSQIRA color closet, create an account, contact support, or submit an order. “ROSQIRA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator; “you” means the visitor or customer. By using the store, you accept these Terms together with the policies linked on the storefront.

Studio Note 01 — Entry and eligibility

Use the store only for lawful purposes and only if you can enter a binding agreement where you live. If you act for another person or organization, you confirm you have authority to do so. Account, delivery, billing, and contact details must be accurate. You are responsible for protecting credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Studio Note 02 — The product rack

We aim to present product names, photographs, variants, prices, stock, materials, and descriptions accurately. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and production batches may affect color or appearance. Styling results vary by user and technique. Store content is general product information, not medical advice or a promise of a particular cosmetic result. Availability can change before an order is accepted.

Studio Note 03 — Checkout is a request

A submitted checkout is an offer to purchase. We may accept, limit, cancel, or decline an order because of stock issues, payment review, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, inaccurate information, or an obvious listing or pricing error. An automated confirmation shows that the request was received; acceptance may remain subject to review. If we cancel after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be returned to the original method.

Studio Note 04 — Price cards and payment

Prices use the currency displayed by the storefront or checkout. Shipping, taxes, duties, conversion fees, and other applicable amounts are added or shown when available. Shopify and third-party payment services may process the transaction under their own terms. You authorize the amount displayed at checkout and remain responsible for charges imposed by a bank, card issuer, carrier, or customs authority.

Studio Note 05 — Styling and product care

Read and follow every label, warning, material note, fit instruction, adhesive direction, patch-test instruction, cleaning method, heat limitation, and application or removal guide provided with a product. Stop use if an unwanted reaction occurs and seek appropriate advice. Wigs, lash products, face decorations, beauty tools, organizers, and personal-care accessories must be used only as intended. Website copy never replaces the directions supplied with the item.

Studio Note 06 — House rules

Do not interfere with store security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit false payment or delivery information, infringe rights, or use the store for fraud, harassment, resale abuse, or illegal activity. We may restrict access or cancel affected transactions when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or its providers.

Studio Note 07 — Creative ownership

The ROSQIRA arrangement, original copy, graphics, and store design belong to ROSQIRA or the applicable rights holder. Personal shopping access does not transfer ownership or grant permission for commercial copying. Product names, images, and third-party marks remain with their respective owners.

Studio Note 08 — The outside crew

Shopify, payment processors, carriers, apps, analytics services, and linked websites are operated by third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond the responsibility that applicable law requires.

Studio Note 09 — Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, universal product suitability, or a particular styling outcome. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where such limits are lawful. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Studio Note 10 — Revisions and questions

We may post a revised Agreement with a new date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@rosqira.com.
